Official Rules and Terms
1. Giveaway Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored and administered by Lawshe Education.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins October 8, 2026, and closes October 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must sign up for the Lawshe Education U.S. History Resources email list through the official giveaway signup form.
The giveaway signup records will serve as the official list of entries from which the winner will be randomly selected.
Subscription is completely free. No purchase is necessary, and making a purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
Participants may unsubscribe from the email list at any time without affecting their giveaway eligibility or chances of winning. Participants who unsubscribe will remain eligible for the drawing, provided their original entry can be verified.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate signups will not increase the chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $25 Teachers Pay Teachers digital gift card, with an approximate retail value of $25 USD.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted at the winner’s request.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One winner will be randomly selected on October 16, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
The winner will be notified using the email address provided during signup.
The selected winner will have 72 hours from the time of notification to respond and claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that period, an alternate winner may be randomly selected.
7. Email Subscription and Privacy
By subscribing to the Lawshe Education U.S. History Resources email list, participants agree to receive free educational resources, teaching tips, product updates, and occasional promotional emails from Lawshe Education.
Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Unsubscribing will not disqualify participants from the giveaway.
Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winner, and provide email communications to subscribers. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
8. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible participant will have an equal chance of winning.
9. General Conditions
Lawshe Education reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries.
Lawshe Education also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fairness or integrity, subject to applicable law.
By participating, entrants agree to these official rules.
